Chicken Fun Day

Saturday, 14 September 2013 at Elphin Community Hall

12:00 – 16:00

Events will include:

•  the famous annual Elphin chicken race! – Elphin chickens against all comers. At 3.30 pm
• the most beautiful chicken competition
• the biggest and smallest egg
• an egg throwing competition – throw an egg as far as you can without breaking it
• egg & spoon races with prizes for children
• a blindfolded, three-legged egg and spoon race for adults
• Chicken dance competition

and lots of serious…or silly…… games for children and adults

Refreshments (burgers, teas, cakes and soft drinks) will be available, and there will be a raffle.
